BOOKING FEE POLICY
To reserve an appointment time a 50% Booking Fee is required for each service scheduled. This fee will be taken off your appointment on the day.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, however if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment 24 hours notice is required to avoid your Booking Fee being forfeited. If you need to cancel or re-schedule outside of business hours please leave a message on our answering service which is automatically emailed to us giving the Clinic the time and date of your notification.

Your appointment will be confirmed by text 2 days prior to your scheduled time and you will be requested to respond “Yes” to confirm your appointment. Your response is automatically registered on our appointment screen. We hope you understand that this policy is in place for the best possible outcome for all our clients.

Late cancellations and no-shows are very damaging to our small business. Our Policy will allow us to staff our clinic effectively and therefore make ourselves available to all our clients at every opportunity possible.
